Engineering Chiefs leave Tesla

Tesla Company is left without two executives, right after revealed their plan for increasing production of the vehicle for mass market.

The company worries about its ability to raise money from new cars and if they will find new customers for increased production.

This was that time when Matthew Schwall decided to leave. He was the lead tech contact with investigators of safety from USA government. Tesla wants to win the race with another company Wayomo LLC. They both have plans for driverless cars and modern technologies. What a shock it could be for Tesla when Schwall left them to work with their rival.

His change of working place happened at the same time when National Transportation Safety Board started their own investigation on many cases of car crashes which involved Tesla cars.

It happened right after Tesla has announced the leave of absence of Doug Field, engineering head, who wanted to spend more time with the family.

The field will be with his family for several weeks, and later come back to his duties in the company. And while Tesla does not respond on a question for how long Field will be gone, source from the company says it will take 6 weeks.

The spokesman of the company only told that Field did not leave Tesla.

Field is a leader and key player at this company since he joined it in 2013 year, leaving Apple. He was responsible for production, until Elon Musk, the founder, and CEO of Tesla retook the control in spring.
